Simply Spades — Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Simply Spades account and all associated data by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to simplyspadesapp@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address you used to sign up for Simply Spades
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:
- Your account profile (username, email, character selection)
- Game statistics (wins, losses, bids)
- Friend list and friend requests
- In-game chat messages you sent
- Matchmaking history
- Game results and play history
What Is Not Affected
- Google Play purchases — Managed by Google. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help.
- Firebase Authentication record — Your login credential is removed as part of account deletion.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you return to Simply Spades after deletion, you will need to create a new account and start fresh.
