BossAries LLC — Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from any BossAries game by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to questions@bossaries.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address you used to sign up and the game name (e.g., Simply Spades)
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:
- Your account profile (username, email, character selection)
- Game statistics (wins, losses, bids)
- Friend list and friend requests
- In-game chat messages you sent
- Matchmaking history
- Game results and play history
What Is Not Affected
- App Store purchases — Managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help or Apple Support.
- Firebase Authentication record — Your login credential is removed as part of account deletion.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you return to any BossAries game after deletion, you will need to create a new account and start fresh.
