This privacy policy applies to all games and services published by BossAries LLC ("BossAries", "we", "us", "our"), including Simply Spades and any future titles.
Account data: When you create an account we collect your email address and a username you choose. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).
Game data: We store game results, statistics (wins, losses, bids), friend lists, and in-game chat messages in Google Cloud Firestore so you can track your progress and play with friends.
Device data: We collect basic device information (device model, OS version, app version) to help diagnose issues. We do not collect location data. We use Firebase Analytics for basic usage counts and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports. We do not use any third-party advertising SDKs.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure and is only accessed to provide our game services.
Our games offer optional paid subscriptions managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription purchases are processed by the respective App Store and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not store your payment card details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Our games contain no ads and no ad-tracking SDKs.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by visiting our account deletion page or emailing us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use Firebase Security Rules and server-side validation to protect your data. All communication between our apps and servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
