Account data: When you create an account we collect your email address and a username you choose. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).
Game data: We store game results, statistics (wins, losses, bids), friend lists, and in-game chat messages in Google Cloud Firestore so you can track your progress and play with friends.
Device data: We do not collect device identifiers, location, or analytics beyond what Firebase automatically logs (crash reports, basic usage counts). We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure and is only accessed to provide the game service.
Simply Spades offers an optional paid subscription managed through Google Play. Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not store your payment card details. RevenueCat receives a anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Simply Spades contains no ads and no ad-tracking SDKs.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Simply Spades is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use Firebase Security Rules and server-side validation to protect your data. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
